I used Strong because it WASN'T embossed. Now it feels like paper towels. Soft seems flimsier than it was and is now also embossed. Why mess with success?

I have bought this product for years and I have been unhappy the last couple of times when the product didn't come up to the always high standards of this product

The last couple of purchases of Charmin Ultra Strong (which I have used for a number of years) was disappointing. It appears that the width of the paper is about 1/4 in. less than it used to be. I liked the wider product better.

I have been purchasing Charmin for many, many years. I don't understand why the roll is so darn narrow now. The prices have continued to skyrocket and the roll is getting much smaller. Very disappointing.......

I just opened my new 36 roll pack of Charmin Ultrastrong. I have used Charmin for as long as I remember but after seeing these cheapened rolls it will be the last that I will buy.

double rolls shrank from 176 sheets per roll to 165 sheets per roll. so in a twelve pack you are 132 sheets less with the same price. i'm changing brands

disappointed you made the toilet paper narrow. it does not fill the toilet paper dispenser. If it is not put back to normal size, i will have to switch brands. give us a choice and see which one will sell.

The store we shopped at did not have the Charmin we use so we tried this one. What a rip-off! Even generic toilet paper, which I hate and refuse to buy, has more paper per roll than this. We will never buy this one again!!

I like the thickness but it's a shame, something people need is high priced and getting smaller by the week. I will be checking other brands out just to get a better value.

I am so disappointed that the Charmin Strong Triple Roll has had about 1/4" shaved off the length of the roll. It looks so short on my roll holder, that I am forced to try another longer tissue. Please consider changing back to the former size!!!
