My wife and I loved the old Charmin Ultra Strong. It was a very good product. Why for goodness sake, did you distroy it? We will not be purchasing this imitation in the future.

We too have bought this product for years and were always happy with the quality. Now rolls look like they were cut with a dull knife and are truly a mess with pieces of paper hanging off both ends. Don't you do any quality control?

Bought a pack of 24 reg and found some of the tissue rolls had two cardboard tubes rolled making it have less tissue roll :( Overall, it's the only brand I get

I HATE THAT YOU GUYS NARROWED THE SIZE OF YOUR ROLLS. CHARMIN USED TO BE THE ONLY TP I PURCHASED. NOW, I WILL NO LONGER BUY IT. THE ROLLS ARE TOO NARROW.

I just opened my new 36 roll pack of Charmin Ultrastrong. I have used Charmin for as long as I remember but after seeing these cheapened rolls it will be the last that I will buy.

What happened? Our new Charmin is almost 1/2 an inch smaller and single ply. I have adored Charmin for years. Please restore it to it's original size and thickness. You'll lose money if this continues.

The last package of charmin I bought, and I do mean last, was 1" narrower than it had been. If I am going to use cheap toilet paper then I am going to buy the cheap stuff. Goodbye Charmin.

You lost me when you changed the toilet paper. What were you thinking? It rolls so fast, using more than you need. Give me the old width back. I just feel you made it cheap, cheap, cheap.

Love Charmin Ultra Strong, but I just bought a new pack and I noticed that the roll is almost a half inch shorter...that is so not cool, because I'm paying the same price!!!!
