I've bought six of these filters. Three for myself and three as gifts. They work great and are completely quiet in the first two modes. I like the night option so that there are no visible lights on it but it is still running.

Very pleased with my Air Purifier! I could tell the difference in air quality after the first day. The low to medium is pretty quite but you can hear a tone on the high speed,
