This TV is almost ready when it comes out of the box. The voice commands feature walks you through the whole set up process. The picture quality is amazing. The colors are very vibrant, bright and crystal clear. The design of this TV is very sleek and looks great in our family room. The remote is easy to use and is lightweight and a good size. I love that you can talk to the TV with the remote control and how it responds with the proper prompts. There are so many options and apps available and the apps are very easy to download. It is easy to use the personalized recommendations like YouTube and other favorite apps with the Google Play Store and with the Google Assistant it is easy to change the volume, choose your favorite channels or even control our other smart home devices. The settings are very easy to understand and very accessible. Streaming works great and without interruptions. Watching movies and tv shows has become a whole new experience with this TV because of the clarity of the picture and the clear sound. This TV meets all our entertainment needs! The picture is crystal clear and comes on quick when you turn the TV on. It comes with legs that you can attach or you can hang this TV on the wall. It's not a heavy TV. The remote is super easy to use and very self explanatory. You can also add apps with your google account. Has plenty of hookups if you want to add gaming systems. The remote control is very user friendly, and I like the size of it because it makes it harder to lose. The tv responds quick to the button commands. The stands it came with are very nice and sturdy, I like that I didn't need to use a wall mount. It is 4K and the picture quality is awesome! My favorite part is that it's a smart tv, coming with built in apps like Netflix and YouTube. It makes it super convenient and easy to use for the entire family (kids included). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my Sharp high def TV. I wasn't sure if there would be much of a difference but there was! Right out of the box you have to put 2 screws in each little plastic leg. They are a little small and you have to properly tighten the screws to get them stable. On plugging in the star up is pretty simple, just have your networking info handy and any streaming services too. Once loaded the picture is crisp and clear. You can pick from different video setting that adjust the color if you need to. The sound is typical of flat screens so if you want theater quality, you need more equipment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We cut cable so we needed a smart tv that we could use all of our streaming apps on and this was perfect for us. The legs do not come attached so you have to have a screw driver to attach them. Attaching was super easy and took a minute to do. Set up I was worried would be difficult but it wasn't and took me less than 10 mins. I had to connect my wifi first and then connect my Google account to the TV. The home menu I like the look of and everything is pretty easy to find. The remote comes with batteries and the batteries go in the front of the remote which I thought was odd. I did have to look at the instructions to see where the batteries went as I didn't see a battery compartment on the back of the remote. The IR sensor isn't that great though. You have to pay attention to where you are pointing the remote for the tv to respond to the button presses but it isn't a huge deal. I did have to end up getting a new TV stand because the legs on this tv are closer to the end of the tv than my last one so the legs hung off the stand I was using. We needed a new tv stand anyways so that didn't bother me. I also hooked a anchor strap to the back since we have kids and I want the tv to be secure. Overall I am very pleased with the tv and the included apps. It does have Google play store as well which is a plus. The picture quality is crisp and clear.

Then Phillips told me it was covered under warranty and if I took it to approved repair place that I would be reimbursed.. and told me I dont need the purchase receipt because they were able to confirm when and where I purchased it. Then after sending the repair receipts they tell me they wont cover it unless I have original purchase receipt because they didnt approve the repair. The repair cost as almost as much as the TV did. Crap TV, Crap company, Crap Customer Care.
