I like that you can customize the home screen and apps that are presented. The home screen is very useful and a nice feature to see inside multiple apps at once. The remote buttons are loud when when you push them. The google assistant isn't super helpful with finding what you are looking for but comes in handy when needing to type something in the search.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a awesome tv! I love how light it is. When it arrived I could hardly believe that there was a tv in the box it was so light. Setup was very easy. Only took about five minutes or so. Programming it was a breeze. It has all the apps you could want. Google assistant which you can link your google account to. The you can use your voice to do different commands around the house. I haven't ventured into that yet, but hoping to explore more into it. The sound and picture quality are great! The picture is crystal clear, colors are bright and true to life. The sound quality is good as well. Overall this is a nice tv to have for a small room such as a bedroom or similar. I am really pleased with mine and hopefully will be for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips 50" Class 4K Ultra HD (2160p) Android Smart LED TV with Google Assistant is very disappointing for what I consider to be a quality brand name. Once you get past the easy setup (which I personally consider to be the standard these days with step-by-step menus and instructions), and the physical setup only being to attach the two feet with a screwdriver, it goes downhill from there. I cut the cable cord long ago so I watch broadcast tv and use streaming services. I connected the same antenna I used for the previous tv but on this new tv I am picking up less channels (I even tried a new antenna with the same results). Of the channels that are coming in only 2 of them come in clearly and the others are blurry. The guide works maybe 5% of the time allowing me to see the tv menu to know what shows are on. The other 95% of the time I am only able to see the title for the show I currently have the tv channel on, the rest of the channels say “no information.” There has been an issue with the tv randomly turning off on its own, which is a huge red flag to me. I cannot comment on picture quality because (due to the pandemic) there are currently streaming restrictions limiting viewing to SD only. The first few minutes on Netflix were blurry but it cleared up and watching the rest of the movie was about the same as on our other tvs with SD. Other things to maybe note are needing a Google Play account to be able to download Hulu because it is not standard on the tv like Netflix and Vudu are. An account is required for the Google Assistant voice feature as well, but not required for broadcast tv viewing or to connect to Netflix or Vudu. The buttons on the tv are on the back (like on/off, volume), so not always easy access if you need them, though most probably won't, except on rare occasions. The sound isn't bad and I've not noticed any issues with that. I think the volume has a good range to it. I do also like the screen saver option in case the tv is paused for an extended time. Unfortunately that isn't enough for me to be able to recommend this tv as I think it has way too many flaws. I am actually getting my over-a-decade-old “dumb” tv back out and putting this one in storage only to be used if a tv breaks and we need a replacement before going out to buy another.

This 4K Ultra HD LED TV is stunning with bright sharp colors which makes watching TV a totally different level of experience. The built in wi-fi connects to androids apps that allows you not only to watch videos but get weather, calendar and traffic info just like on your android. Watching Youtube videos on this 4K LED TV is amazing compared to watching it on my laptop. Plus it has Chromecast which lets you stream vids from your phone, tablet and even from my MacBook Pro right to the TV! Super Nice!! The size of the TV is just right for our living room in our apartment. The remote is easy to use and has a lot of controls to access movies, shows, music and calendar. Super Great Value and Quality 4k HD TV!

The picture quality and sound are excellent. I watch a lot of YouTube and it's very easy to cast from my phone to this television. The remote with the Speak. Search. Watch option is very easy to use. I love this Television and is very very pleased. I highly recommend Philips it is high quality and very easy to use.

The set-up was easy but the voice assist while going through this process was a little annoying but after 10 minute installation i just turned it off. The Performance was fast and easy to use. The TV Resolution looks very good better than my 65' Samsung 1080 HD (2015 model), so i can tell you the upgrade for me was well worth it. I have a Xbox 1 X and the UHD makes the great looking game even better, more life like. This is a good TV if your looking to purchase a affordable 4k TV.

Once it starts, the screen guides you to set everything up, from google assistant to the apps. The most common apps are there, like Netflix, YouTube, and ect. You have options to install Hulu or whatever you usually use. The sound is clear. The screen itself is thin. It looks sleek and clears a lot of space on my TV stand. The remote control settings are easy to understand. You can tell this is 4k Ultra HD. The picture quality is beautiful and it feels "real." I highly recommend it. Phillips is a brand that you can trust to last. Love my TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Phillips 43” 4K ultra HD tv is such a wonderful addition to our living room. We have been able to watch our shows on Netflix and Hulu and Disney Plus! I can add apps like YouTube and have everything on my tv with my google account. The picture is very clear and has bright beautiful colors. I added my own speakers but the speakers are pretty loud for this tv. The remote is so easy to use and it even has a talk to Google option that I think is pretty cool. You can open and close apps pretty quickly which is great. The size is perfect for my living room. It has all the hookups to add my gaming systems. I love having everything on one tv. It looks good on my TV stand and it's very stable on its legs. I truly do love this tv and look forward to continue learning more about it with time. Great technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many Philips products before, but this was my first time using their Philips 50” Class 4K Ultra HD Android Smart LED TV with Google Assistant. The tv was very well packaged with excellent instructions, which made the process of setting it up very easy. It came with two feet, and within 10 minutes of unpacking we had it up and running! The tv screen is such a great quality, once the setup came on I was so happy to see the crispness and clarity on the screen. Within a few minutes I had walked thru the entire setup, including adding the apps I use. It was seriously a breeze, not at all what I expected. The remote is simple to use and easy to put batteries into. I love that it has a discreet door on the front of the remote, you almost can't tell it's there. The voice option on the remote makes everything so much easier. I watched movies all night on this and am extremely satisfied with the on screen quality! Compared to other TV's I have used, this is much better quality. I am very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!
