I like it especially on toast which is how I've been using it so far. Comparatively speaking it appears to be lower in fats and oils than others, however it's still a processed food item. It does have a creamy texture and smooth consistency making it easy to spread and it melts rather smoothly. I feel like flavor wise it doesn't have as strong of a butter flavor as natural butter that depending on your taste preferences this may be appealing to you. The swirl on top was so pretty that I hesitated to dip my knife into it and ruin the design for the first time. Oh no! I would recommend this to a friend if you were looking for a butter alternative that is low in fats and oils.
