Alka-seltzer is hands down the best heartburn treatment there is. It also helps with upset stomach. It works so fast and gives you relief for hours. The medicine is already dissolved in the water when you drink it so it helps so much faster than other medications.

I always have Alka-Seltzer Original Effervescent Tablets at home and in my bag. They are an easy and effective way to get relief and I always repurchase this product. It is effective and easy, and I notice relief soon after use. I would and do purchase again. 

During my pregnancy heart burn was the worst. I found that this was the only thing that actually helped me a lot. I would normally get it after eating certain foods or when I would go to be so if I already knew it was going to happen I would drink one before hand and try to avoid it. I also drink one if I have an upset stomach and it also helps a lot.
