I honestly hate this stuff. I was having HORRIBLE indigestion and my mom swears by this stuff. And I know a lot of people do, but I can't handle it. It tastes terrible and I can't even get it down. I'm sure it works really good because of the number of people who like it but I wouldn't know because I gag everytime I try and take it. 

Alka-seltzer is hands down the best heartburn treatment there is. It also helps with upset stomach. It works so fast and gives you relief for hours. The medicine is already dissolved in the water when you drink it so it helps so much faster than other medications.

I love Alka-seltzer brand. When someone has indigestion, nausea or something similar, these are a go to. It receives most symptoms and the taste is just like seltzer water, just maybe a tad more bitter but doesn't bother. They are effective and do help.

I don't think people know the greatness of this product. Bloating can be painful as well as uncomfortable. Alka seltzer has acetaminophen in it to help with any pain. It's not the best taste but you just have to down it fast. It helps to hold your nose. It works and that's what matters to me!!

This is a staple over the counter remedies that I have to have in my house. Whenever I have spicy or oily food, I take it. It gives you a little salty taste with a bit of bubbly, like flat soft drink but it helps me a-lot with heartburn so. I like to have it

During my pregnancy heart burn was the worst. I found that this was the only thing that actually helped me a lot. I would normally get it after eating certain foods or when I would go to be so if I already knew it was going to happen I would drink one before hand and try to avoid it. I also drink one if I have an upset stomach and it also helps a lot.

I had a love hate relationship with this product. I felt as a teenager it worked slightly for my aching stomach but the awful fizz taste was the worst to swallow down. I was never fond of the taste but the product did slightly ease my stomach issue at the time.

When a hangover, headache, or upset stomach hits, Alka-Seltzer will offer you relief. Flavor is slightly salty, actually kind of nice. Give them a shot ladies!

Absolutely love it Alka Seltzer Original Effervescent Tablets I have not found another product that relieves my stomach like this. This will be a staple in my home for many years to come. The effects are immediate. I feel like the pain goes away fast. This works best. #alkaseltzer

I have GERD and a hiatal hernia, so I have pretty severe indigestion. I take omeprazole every day as a preventative, and it usually works but sometimes if I have something extra heavy, like wine, I need to take something fast acting. Alka-selzter is my go-to when I'm having ulcer-type pain. It always helps. Only downside is it's a little difficult to wash if you don't rinse it right away.
