The sausage skin was so tough my husband and I could not bite through it. It was so disappointing. Otherwise the sausage was 'ok" not real flavorful, I would not buy this product again.

I loved the previous Member's Mark sausages....all flavors. The packaging was much more convenient. These have 960 mg sodium....and no cheese. Please bring back the original version.....I miss them so :-(

They are a healthy alternative to regular brats, low in fat. Good flavor, not too sweet, not greasy, But they have a tough skin. , can be a bit chewy so I have to remove that

I love the taste, the chicken & apple are a superb combination together in a sausage. It's not dry & definitely not greasy like regular sausage. Great while eating healthier food. Give it a try I don't believe you'd be disappointed.

Bought recently and they are very flavorful, the only problem is that the casing is tough and sometimes "chewy". We broil or barbeque to get around that.

These sausage links taste great! They are also only 4 pts on blue on Weight watchers! They really feel like you are splurging without actually cheating! a family favorite.

I was very pleased with this choice from traditional sausage flavor profiles. Just the right amount of sweetness and apple flavor and I felt healthier eating chicken!

I think it's delicious! Slice the top just enough so that it won't burst. Then put it on the grill at low heat. Be patient. Don't over-cook it either. Goes great in soups or with saurkraut and some dijon mustard.
