Unhealthy amount of saturated fat (10g, vs 2-4G normally) Certainly Salmon has healthy fat but this type i'm reviewing is not salmon doctors would advise to ever eat, and if you do keep to once a year.

Flavor packed and super easy to cook! I just pop them in the Airfryer at 400 for 14 mins. and it comes out perfectly tender and skin is super crispy. 10/10!

This salmon was simply delicious. I'm so glad I took a chance and bought it. I popped it in the air fryer put it over some steamed rice and sautéed spinach and it was to die for us.

Surprisingly very tasty seasoning! Enjoyed cooking a very quick dinner for the family. Air fryer at 400 for 15 mins frozen and came out perfect. The ingredients is what really sold me, less is more and that's all we need.

Packaging and portions are great. Very convenient. Unfortunately the seasoning flavor is a bit overpowering. Not spicy, just very pungent. Will not be purchasing again.
