I have a chunky 21-lb 8 month old with pretty thick thighs and the size 3 fit well, it stretches a good amount. We've only had a couple blowouts so far so as long as the diapers are put on correctly I think these are pretty good. I appreciate that these diapers are “formulated without lotions, parabens, fragrances, natural rubber latex & elemental chlorine bleaching.” We've been using them for a little over a week and thankfully no rash or skin reactions from baby.

It's the right size for my baby right now, and so far seems to absorb okay. Only thing I noticed so far is there was some leakage overnight, and this morning he had a blow out, but it may be wrong positioning of diaper. I'd wait and see. Overall though I'd say pretty good!
