Just takes a bit to get used to it. But it's easy to operate and the coffee always taste great

Burr grinder will not allow for espresso grind to make stronger brew.

I love the fresh brewed coffee but grounds get in your cup.

A great machine but just wish the grinder was made better. Coffee grinds shoot out.

The water reservoir leaked as did the replacement unit so it was returned

Poor design for the bean container. The clear plastic should be taller, for easier filling
