The coffee maker was everything that I expected. I especially liked the fresh ground coffee feature. I only wished that it had a selection in the amount of coffee beans ground. It produces a coffee a little stronger than I am used to. I also enjoy the K-cup feature. It makes this coffee maker more universal and convenient to use.

This is definitely a beautiful machine to look at, and it doesn't make phenomenal coffee. However, it does, like everyone said, splash. And it splashes in places that are very difficult to clean. It also drips. If they could perfect that they would have five stars all the way. It's easy to use and very versatile.

I like the sleek, space saving design and that I can use whole beans again. But the grind is so fine that it results in a lot of sediment at the bottom of the cup once the coffee brews, causing the coffee to taste bitter as you get to the bottom of the cup. This is the only negative with this product.

The features I want to love are the grinder and that it has so many single serve options. However, I am very UNHAPPY with this product and would return it if I could. The grinder over fills every single time…what a mess!!! And any time I use a pod, the pod explodes during the process and my cup is full of grounds. The best way I have to use this coffee maker is by filling a pod yourself and then making your coffee. Such a disappointment! I'm constantly having to clean out the machine and the bottom grate. Who has time for that every day?
