I love this coffee maker! I don't understand why it's discontinued. I think of the gazillion coffee makers I 've had over the years, this one is my favorite.

Horrible experience. Exchanged machine at retailer since your company could not help me. Brew lights won't come on the second coffee maker. I'm now on my 3rd machine in 30 days. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUISINART?

The grinder grinds the beans too thick and too much into the reusable filter. The water can't drain through the filter due to the amount of grinded beans so therefore, backups and leaks everywhere.

I gave this machine every fighting chance before I return ed it! The grinder works well as long as you don't mind coffee grounds everywhere. but the percolator part? Coffee grounds, water everywhere except in my cup.

My only issue is that it is not consistent with the amount of water it uses. I always choose the 12 oz but many times it gives me less even though the water tank is full.

We bought this as a gift for my mother in law to replace a Cuisinart she had bought a number of years ago. She is very happy with it and particularly likes the hopper that holds the coffee beans and the large reservoir for the water.

This coffeemaker is fabulous. Having the option of K-cups or fresh ground coffee for individual servings is terrific. Had for two months and very pleased.

Recently purchased the single serve grind and brew, meets and exceeds all expectations. Fair price no waste perfect if you are the only one in your house that drinks coffee.

Brews a great cup of coffee quickly and quietly. Only con is that fresh ground coffee builds up after every grind and makes a mess on grate and counter. You must tap and clean after every cup so the brewing cups don't overfill as well.
