[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] dryer quit heating after 19 mos (19 mos!), we are very disappointed. service personnel told us to turn off circuit breaker for 5 mins then turn back on then the computer should reset. did not work. then told to contact service department which will not cover parts or service for repair. so now we have a 700 dollar tumbler after 19 mos. never have i been more disappointed with samsung. you lost a customer today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dryer has delivered in every way so far. The settings are incredibly easy to use and easy to customize to whatever each load needs. This dryer, compared to my previous front load dryer, dries a large load of clothes about 25 minutes faster. In our busy, family of 5, last minute rush type of house, this has been so nice. I love the sensor dry technology. No burnt smelling clothes that went in for too long. It's so much better for your clothes too, and helps with how long they stay in like new shape. The lint catcher has a bottom that comes up the front half way creating a bucket area to not allow anything to fall down into the inside of the dryer and become a fire issue. Judging by the amount of random pieces of things I find in the bottom of my lint trap that I never found on my old machine's lint trap, I'm so thankful this Samsung model has it. It's the little things that count. This dryer has a lot of helpful "little things" that is making my laundry a breeze. My clothes are dried faster to the just right amount, and the wrinkle guard keeps them moving so my clothes come out fresh no matter how long I take to pull them out. I can easily reach into the very back and pull clothes out without a hassle. This dryer fits all of my needs and I've found no complaints so far.

I like that its digital and has moisture sensor.I love all the different cycle options like bedding, sanitize, quick dry and the wrinkle release option, which gets used often! Im still experiencing all the different features that I haven't had a chance to use but so far it has been wonderful. If I had to do it over again I would buy it again.

Dryer workes great. INo complaints there. I ordered it online and just would not have bought this one if I had been shopping in the store and saw it in person. The top surface of the dryer slants forward. Horrible design! That's where I fold my clothes and they keep falling off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received my Samsung DVE50R5200W/A3 Dryer wit Moisture Sensor. This dryer has 10 preset settings and many ways to personalize these settings to your own liking. The LED display is great to see how much time is left and I like the extra touch of a light inside the drum to make sure you retrieve all of your items. I am all about saving energy and costs so I love the Moisture Sensor feature along with the Eco Dry mode. Some features I have not tried but glad they are there include the Sanitize feature and the Wrinkle Release. I am guilty of hating ironing so anything that helps me avoid it is greatly appreciated. This dryer also has the Smart Care technology which can help me identify any issues with my dryer in case I should have any.

The Samsung DVE50R5200W/A3 Dryer is enormous and dries an entire load of my husband's work jeans in no time flat! It has an easy open and close door, super easy digital controls and the lights inside could light up my home! No more missing socks hiding in the back anymore! It's energy saving, disinfects with steam, has wrinkle release...what else is there???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do a lot of laundry! This dryer is absolutely up to the challenge. It has a ton of features and allows you to adjust the dryness and the wrinkle feature. We have just begun to explore all of the features but love it so far! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this dryer for about a month. The dry sensor works much better than our last dryer. When I turn the dry back on to warm up dried cloths that I neglected to take out, it only runs for a couple of minutes. My last dryer would run for nearly a full cycle if I let it. The lint trap is also great. Has a solid flap that prevents a lot of lint from falling into the vent ducts. Seems to even dry my clothes faster. A couple of gripes: the drum light turns off automatically after too short of time. I have to press the drum light button a couple of times to turn it back on. This is annoying as the dryer is in a dark closet without other good lighting. The finished chime is obnoxiously long. The top surface slants slighly which is not ideal, but still possible to fold and stack laundry on. That said I'll take those annoyances to have the performance I get out of this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very efficient and quiet dryer. Lit interior makes it easier to find that stray sock after drying. Lint trap spacious and easy to clean. Gets close dry to the level you wish. Lovely chime noise instead of painful buzzer.
