I used 5 of these gift cards one week ago. Food and service was OUTSTANDING!! My only disappointment was that I gave $200- worth of coupons as presents and when they tried to redeem them this week there was a sign on the door that said "closed". We've tried calling but there was no answer. I really hate that my friends were disappointed and that I lost $200-.

The cards came quick and exactly as ordered.

I live in Texas and there no Lonestar Steak Houses in the state of Tx. Would like to return them. Would love to use them. Don't travel where the restraunts are.

I bought these a month ago, thinking I was getting a great deal. Big problem is they don't have any restaurants in the state of Indiana where I live so, I wasted $79.00, very disappointed .

I received these in the mail. When I checked for locations I found that there were no locations near me. I thought they would have locations in Texas hence the name Lonestar. Now I don't know how to return these or exchange them for other cards.

I purchase these gift cards and the Lonestar restaurants are closed. I am very disappointed that I was sold these unusable cards. I will also be isiting customer service an requesting a credit.

I goggled the restaurant and said they were in Pinellas. Until after I bought this and tired to find a place. To go for dinner and the 2 restaurant I'm Pinellas had closed. Down. So I had returned them.. I price was right for the 4 of them.

Sent as Christmas gifts. What shall I do?
