These are pretty good kinda reminds me of sour patch candy. They are sugar coated so there sweet at first. Then there kinda sour all in all tastes good. As for the upbeat mood we shall see .

Olly Hello Happy I usually feel super sluggish, grumpy and easily irritated when it's cloudy outside. After taking this for a couple of weeks, I feel better. Not as good as sunny days, but still enough improvement that I decide to keep taking it.
