I received a complimentary sample of these. It was one single serving consisting of two gummy worms. I really enjoyed these! They are colorful and fun, which always makes taking supplements/vitamins easier. The taste was good, not overly sweet or sour. Kind of a citrusy flavor. Good texture, not too sticky or chewy. Just the right amount of "gumminess". I can't really speak for the benefits of taking these as I only tried the one serving, but I will probably buy these in the future and would recommend them based on the experience I did have.

These are delicious and have the perfect gummy texture . I enjoy taking them daily which is great but also they taste so much like candy that I have to remember they are a vitamin and not a candy for me to munch on . Keep away from children , far to tasty .

I took one star off for the aftertaste that sticks around forEverrrrr. I just learned if I eat them with food, the aftertaste is gone but if you eat them by themselves, that floral scent you get when you open the bottle, that's what you will be tasting for a very long time after eating them.
