First, these taste great. Second, I actually experienced a subtle change in my mood while taking these. I'm usually vitamin d deficient in winter but these also contain saffron which has shown extreme promise in its mood lifting capabilities. Highly recommend!

So yummy and I truly felt much better on a daily basis taking these gummies. The only issue is with Vitamin D in that it can be constipating, but it's no different than any other Vitamin D supplement. It also includes saffron which was cool & new to me. I would buy again!

Don't be fooled by the size of these! Small but packs a huge dose of happy! Tastes like a sour gummy, and nothing like the gross vitamin flavor of most gummy vitamins. I was surprised how they really do help-they take the edge off of the annoyance leaving you feeling happier overall!

I suffer from pmdd and these have made my day go a lot smoother. I have noticed less mental breakdowns and more easy going ness. These vitamins are small and chewy with good flavoring. Saffron is googled to feel results in as little as two weeks. I no longer deal with such low moods for days on end. I'm so happy.

I was recommended by my dr to take a vitamin d supplement that is at least 2000 IU. This has been a game changer as I actually look forward to taking them instead of forgetting. Honestly I didn't think these gummies would've helped and wouldn't make a difference with taking just one pack of this sample of these from Olly, but it did!! I definitely felt more up beat and wanting to do more things. As for the taste it's actually enjoyable with a nice fruity taste with no after taste in my opinion and they aren't rock hard either, so they are easy to chew! The only thing is they are little pricey but since it actually worked I'd say it's totally worth it!
