I also really love the ingredients. Saffron has great benefits. After taking these for a few weeks I noticed I have a more positive attitude and feel more upbeat.

Absolutely no effect on my mood. Took two a day for two days. No reaction. Last time I took it I laid down and slept for an hour.

I was recommended by my dr to take a vitamin d supplement that is at least 2000 IU. This has been a game changer as I actually look forward to taking them instead of forgetting. The taste is citrus-y and pretty good considering it is just a supplement and not candy. I will continue to try this brand.

So yummy and I truly felt much better on a daily basis taking these gummies. The only issue is with Vitamin D in that it can be constipating, but it's no different than any other Vitamin D supplement. It also includes saffron which was cool & new to me. I would buy again!
