Works like I had hoped it would. I put it a shed, ran extension cord and now have heat in the middle of winter. The remote is extremely helpful.

Seems to work well. Heats my son's room just fine. Two things I liked about this heater is that it has a timer and it can used as a fan in warmer months.

I bought two of these products about a month ago, and we have been very pleased. They are quiet and have settings that make it good for any size room.

I bought another DeLonghi from WalMart last year that is very similar to this heater. This is about 3-4" taller.. I like them a lot. Just right for warming a cooler room, especially on oscillating. Very quiet also.

I was skeptical about how much heat it would put out. To my surprise it does out out a great amount for an area with a vaulted ceiling. I didn't like the fact it wasn't boxed inside another packaging. I don't care for people to know what I have ordered.

The item works OK, but the box and inner packaging were a mess and the heater had minor scratches. Must be a return or an open box. I need the heater badly so I decided not to go through the inconvenient replace/return process. I thought I should get at least some kind of "open-box" discount from Sam's Club. Anyway, item is working fine.

I had this shipped to me. It came packaged like it was a refurb or return—not original packing material. The LED display panel was scratched. I do like the aesthetics of it and it runs very quietly but it produces a lot less heat than I expected. It's just ok.

I ordered this on line. I opened it and tried to use the remote that comes with it. The remote does not work so I contacted DeLonghi. They refuse to send me a new remote because the Sam's Club receipt does not have the date in the order. The only date that can be found is the email date so DeLonghi is basically saying my receipt I sent was false and I'm lying about my purchase. So now I don't want to buy on line again from Sam's because if the date is not built into the receipt, the manufacture will not follow through on their warranty.

I didn't use right away but on a very cold day about 2 weeks ago I attempted to use this heater. It just didn't do anything my room is 11 by 12 and the heater was on 80 and I used the oscillating feature it simply didn't work. This heater didn't service the purpose for me the good feature my money was cheerfully refunded.
