Good product...

So ordered this and canceled because I wanted to get it same day delivery, well they canceled it but it still shipped out 3 days later, I was OK with it because I would just store it in my pantry. But after 2 weeks in my pantry there were Bugs inside the bag! Little fly like creatures in all the bags, no holes or anything! So sadly I had to toss out 60lbs of rice. It was gross.

This is a solid staple if you cook rice regularly. 

The grains cook up long and separate, and with a basic water-to-rice ratio the texture comes out light and fluffy instead of sticky.

The flavor is neutral, which is exactly what you want because it takes on whatever you add to it. 

You can keep it simple or build it up depending on the meal. I'll add vegetables while it's cooking, and one tip that makes a difference is adding fresh herbs toward the end, once most of the water has absorbed. I chop them and mix them in well so they don't just sit on top, which helps keep them from darkening and keeps the flavor fresh. Lemon with parsley or cilantro works really well.

It's also versatile beyond savory dishes. You can use it for things like rice pudding or other sweeter recipes, so it's not limited to just side dishes.

It cooks consistently without a lot of guesswork and reheats well, which is helpful if you're making larger portions. The 20 lb bag is practical if you go through rice often and want to keep a steady supply on hand.

It's dependable, easy to work with, and flexible enough to use in a wide range of meals.
