Ive been purchasing this rice in bulk for a long time. when sautéed preparing for spices it does not burn. the pores soak up seasinings and ingredients well! Also acidic foods like tomatoes!

Absolutely delicious! Remember to rinse before cooking and it will serve you perfectly, it doesn't get gloopy at all and stays gorgeous separate grains. I love the extra long grain because it's just as good as my (amazing) local Chinese takeout place when made in a rice cooker. I've also added it into soups and stews and made Spanish Rice with it and it's next level. It just takes on flavours so well!

Rice is a staple used in many recipes, so I like to always have it in my pantry. For some reason, this brand of rice cooks better for me. To save money and to make sure that I will always have it when needed, I purchase this large bag. Once opened, I divide the contents into dry plastic storage containers. I use the large empty coffee creamer containers.

$23 for a bag of rice. No thank you. I bought another brand half the price and can't tell the difference.

So ordered this and canceled because I wanted to get it same day delivery, well they canceled it but it still shipped out 3 days later, I was OK with it because I would just store it in my pantry. But after 2 weeks in my pantry there were Bugs inside the bag! Little fly like creatures in all the bags, no holes or anything! So sadly I had to toss out 60lbs of rice. It was gross.
