I purchased this Samsung TV for its stunning picture quality and its overall features/performance for value. It was very easy to setup and following Samsung's directions, it worked perfectly out of the box. Within minutes, my family was watching 4K YouTube videos which are amazing! After examining the TV's picture quality in normal HD, we were all very happy with our purchase. In addition, we like the sleek design of the TV's stand. While my previous Samsung TV (MODEL #: PN50C430A1DXZA) failed to perform after Samsung's initial warranty period, I am hopeful this new TV will withstand the test of time.

This is a great television. I love the modern features one of them is being able to use a mouse to control almost all the functions that the remote does. With the built-in browser it almost makes my computer obsolete. Another great feature is the guide that allows you to scroll through programming hours ahead and select what you want to watch and then it automatically changes to that channel when that time comes . This is usually a common feature but mind you I watch over the air broadcast TV so that makes this feature really special anyway great tv all around.

once you get past the artificial brightness and color saturation picture is underwhelming . Debating on returning.I think the 1080p 46" it replaced might have been better . Not sure if this is due to cement mixer ride it received during shipping. Pros good picture on regular HDTV broadcasts with New content, older shows meh, black levels on standard DVD with a lot of dark scenes unimpressive, have not had a chance to check sports out yet. Menus are easy to use. Ample inputs. Built in wireless relatively easy to configure for me at least. Software update through network if you are attached to one. Sams club easy store returns Cons Stand is flimsy plastic held by 4 small screws( hope nobody leans on it) Stand does not swivel. Indentation for Inputs need to be wider to accommodate high end HDMI cables connection. Seems like Samsungs quality has gone down even though this is a 7000 series has an economy build feel to it more like what you would expect in 5000. The samsung website said this had UHD dimming(dimming would have helped black levels) which as near as I can decipher from the description has nothing to do with backlight zone dimming( more samsung market speak) more of a glorified dynamic contrast thing. Sound adjustments like Music sound field setting(sound button or tools do not work) cannot be made while using or in a usb source. You have to get out of the usb source and go back to picture to change from Movie to Music otherwise its noticeably flat going into an AV receiver. On my previous samsung this was adjustable while in USB source. Special Cons OMG the shipping. they stuck the original manufacturers box and upside down to boot in a much larger box with woefully inadequate packaging essentially making it a cement mixer. box was falling apart. Had this been an auction purchase it would never have left the truck. decided not too post the photos of shipping its too embarrassing for sams club. decided not too post the photos of shipping damage its too embarrassing for sams club.

I bought my Samsung UHD Smart TV series 6700 a little over a year ago and it already stopped working. Don't waste your money on a Samsung. Read the community forum on Samsung . Same issues apparently since 2012 and they still have not been able to correct the problem. Sure the picture quality is great at first but one month after warrenty TV doesn't work. I had a Sony that lasted over 20 years, it was still working when I gave it away for this piece of junk.

The TV we got had 2 off color blotches in the field. SAMs club was amazing and had great customer service. My challenge was Samsung, they arranged for a home repair and then the repair company was nothing but rude and did not show up. I then called samsclub and they happily arranged for it to be picked up and returned. I don't think I will ever buy Samsung anything again, I don't want to deal with their customer service ever again.

This TV has exceeded my expectation. I was waiting for Oled tv's to come down in price but, I'm glad I quit waiting.

bought this tv online and once I received it and hooked it up the screen was cracked behind the outer screen Sam's club was good on the return but disappointing , need to offer this item as a in store pickup

Great TV, Great Picture, Great Price.

I ordered this tv several days ago. It arrived this morning. I spent several hours unboxing it and setting it up. I turned it on and had sound for a few seconds and no screen. I turned it on off and on again and had nothing. I called Sam's Club and they arranged for a quick pickup by UPS. i was very impressed with customer service but I am wary of reordering even though a really great price.

I love this television! The picture quality is beautiful! Even old tv shows look great. The picture looks almost 3 dimensional.
