Captain Morgan is an OK choice for a spiced rum. It is by far not my favorite because I find its spice to be lacking in complexity, and I find its sweetness excessive; however, I do not like a sweet drink. I find that Captain Morgan tends to be very very sweet, making it difficult to make well-balanced cocktails with this choice.

Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum is the perfect addition and main ingredient in rum cupcakes. Which are hands down my favorite flavor of cupcakes! Served with a shot of rum on the side!

This is one of my favorites to add with coke and a splash of grenadine. Delicious! I've also mixed a coconut flavoring into it with pineapple and orange juice.

This is a very good type of rum for mixed drinks, especially in some Eggnog around the holidays. I wish it was a bit more spiced, it's definitely not the best I've had but is more a step up from a cheap off brand.

I love the spice of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. It tastes smoother to me. It doesnt break the bank, but the quality is there for me. The packaging is nice, have had both the glass and plastic, and theyre both great! Its the only brand of rum I buy.

This rum is great by itself or as a mixer. I like to mix it with fruit punch or pineapple juice. Very smooth. The buzz kind of sneaks up on you because it tastes so good

Captain Morgan is great to make cocktails to give it a little spice to it and some ice and the raid ingredients and you got the perfect cocktail for a summer day outside by the barbecue with the friends
