This drink is excellent for keeping your blood sugar lower. I don't use it as a meal replacement, but to lower the blood sugar before my evening meal.

Splenda is great I think it's best especially if you are a diabetic you can use it for baking or to put in your coffee

i thought they tasted ok but kidney Dr said splenda is not good back to the others and 100% monk fruit sweetener for coffee ect.

very very sweet..about the consistency of sweetened condensed milk. the bottle is difficult to open. I'm going to try the chocolate.

Chocolate is much better. These have an aftertaste to them. But great for fiber, better than stool softeners lol, and has a great amount of protein.
