I felt tired and a little low on energy and after drinking this I felt 100% better. It provided the energy I needed and also provided protein. I am a type 2 diabetic. I love these shakes. They are flavorable and not gritty like some of the other diabetic drinks. I have one everyday for breakfast. I will continue to buy these. They need to glue the entire label to the bottle. I use a bottle opener to open the bottle. When I turn the opener and hold the bottle the entire label moves around the bottle and the bottle won' t open until you take the entire label off of the bottle. This is a problem that needs to be corrected. Thank you for a great diabetic drink.
