I'd like to taste other flavors before I definitively decide whether to add this to my menu regularly. If I try it again, I might add ice and blend it for a second, or freeze it halfway, I think that could add to its palatability.

It has absolutely no funny aftertaste or fake sugar taste. It also has 16 grams of protein plus 6 grams of fiber. It's great for me who is borderline diabetic and need to watch my sugar intake. This shake is great for before or after my workouts and also in between meals. It didn't do enough for me as a meal replacement. I enjoyed this shake very much and will drink again. I recommend giving it a try if you are watching your sugar intake or is diabetic.

However, it caused tremendous stomach pains and diarrhea. I'm unsure of why it didn't sit well, but this has never happened with the competition.
