This product is sugar free but has a full, rich vanilla flavor.These are great supplements for seniors' diets or someone don't like a lot of sugar.They give you a nice boost in calories, protein, and fiber without the sugar load. It's pretty tasty that fills me u. Itt's a good pick me up for when I am busy. But it is hard to ope. You have to remove the entire wrapper before you can even attempt to turn the lid, and then the lid is hard to turn to open. Also, if you're a recycler, you're supposed to remove the outer label, and that's somewhat of a chore, too. They are also an excellent meal replacement alternative. Overall, if you need to watch your blood sugar and have a meal on the go, these are a great product for you.

I'd like to taste other flavors before I definitively decide whether to add this to my menu regularly. If I try it again, I might add ice and blend it for a second, or freeze it halfway, I think that could add to its palatability.

I say even if you're not diabetic you can drink this also. This is good as a snack. I also let my mother taste this who is a diabetic. Diabetes runs in my family. She said this shake tastes waaay better that she thought it would because most of the of the Zero sugar stuff is not very tasty. She did not have any spike on her blood glucose or anything nor any stomach issues. She said she would try this just here and there as a craving snack or when in a rush and skipping breakfast, but not something as a daily substitute for a breakfast or something like that because as many products this shake isn't that good on ingredients.
