I planted lettuce, zucchini, and broccoli with this mix and all of my plants are growing so nicely!! I was able to harvest lettuce already and my zucchini is just about ready!! I would absolutely purchase this raised bed garden mix next year

But one star, maybe my bag was just a dud, but it was just basically molded cover sticks with a little soil. Nothing of seeds started at all of them love the company, but this one was a big time no. Raised bed soil not for me.

I also planted some seasonal flowers in the raised bed using this soil from Back To The Roots and the quality of the mix is definitely the highest! I now need to try the other mixes from this brand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this soil is blended with Gypsum which gives calcium sulfate dihydrate to the plants. I also love that is very moist soil it has the yucca extract giving it this moisture. My plants are loving this soil.

The quality of the soil was immediately noticeable—it was rich, well-aerated, and had no unpleasant odor. My vegetable plants thrived within just a couple of weeks, showing healthy growth and vibrant color. The mix retained moisture well but also drained properly, which made it easy to manage watering. The packaging was sturdy and easy to handle, and I felt like I got great value for the size of the bag. I also appreciate the sustainable and organic approach the brand takes. Overall, it made gardening much more enjoyable and successful for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying my hand out at planting herbs in a raised bed and I was excited to see that "Back To Roots" made a raised bed blend and that it's natural, organic and peat free. I live in a warm and humid area and care for plants years round but this is my first raised bed and I'm really enjoying it. The blend is rich and fertilized with earth casting and powered with "root boosting" mycorrhizae already in the soil so no extra mix-in's are needed. It's very easy to work and one bag contains 25.7 quarts to start your own garden of herbs, fruit veggies and flowers. It's easy to work with and I can't wait to reap the benefits of my little herb garden.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what I use to grown my veggies when my compost pile has been depleted. It is a dark, rich mix, similar to my home compost pile. We have to grow our veggies in pots and raised planters to protect from animals and slugs, so I love this potting mix.
