Somehow, it manages to maintain moisture, unlike soil I've used in the past. There is no harsh smell. Looks like I may have to switch the soil I'm using for my fresh vegetables and fruits for sure.

It contains a complete nutrient mix, including calcium, gypsum, and yucca extract, which supports healthy growth and moisture retention. The soil is lightweight, clean-looking, and of great quality smells great, and durable. I have a few raised beds in my backyard where I planted vegetables and herbs like onions, dill, and parsley. It really retains the moisture so I don’t need to water as often. We are setting up our raised garden beds today and planting some tomato plants we bought. Ours got a blight from all the rain. Besides that, we used this soil to grow berries for the summer, and will happily update as the continue to grow! Also added soil to my propagated monstera, which is taking it well so far.

I work for a landscaping company that makes compost and am impressed. Not sure I would fill a bed with this completely, but using it as part of a topsoil/potting soil mix has given me great results.
