Fried catfish! love it!

I buy Individual Quick Frozen seafood often because of it's freshness, so I love this product. Can you please bring back this product in 15lb case where there is larger portion fillets? I reserved 5stars for the case.

So I went into my local Sams Club and purchased this bag of fish. My first thought was wow, what a great value! Let?s give this fish a try. A couple of days later I had fried a couple of pieces of this fish using the Louisiana seasoned fish breading (which I used all the time with fried Tilapia) and the outcome was not as expected. The fish was actually fried well done but the texture didn?t say the same. I was kinda disappointed at how mushy it was :(.

I had been wanting to try this item for a long time. I love breaded deep fried catfish so I thought I would try to make some at home. I bought these and they were terrible. I thought that since they were farm raised, they would have a mild taste but they had a wild taste to them. I first thought that I just got a bad piece by every piece had them same taste. I wouldn't buy these again.

Never disappointed, fresh tasting everytime i purchase these. I always keep a bag in the freeze on hand. Thumbs up.

I bought this about a month ago and used for fried catfish. Even through the batter and frying process, it had a horrible fishy taste. Looking for an alternative as I will not be buying this again.

Delta Pride is very good! Fried ours its amazing!

Would anyone happen to know about how many pieces of fish come in a bag?
