We really love these! Our two favorite ways to prepare them are parmigian shake and bake and a homemade custom blackened seasoning blend, both on cast iron or grill skillets on the grill! Texture and taste are as good as you get without being fresh caught and cooked!

I have brought these twice in the past couple of month. Each time they were fresh and delicious. I shared some with friends and they thought they were fresh caught that day. I will be buying more of them.

Another item I keep stocked in my freezer. Love the individually frozen so o can cook only the number I want. They are great tasting!

Taste is excellent better than the other cafes in the area are serving, theirs are swai some orient fish they try to pass off as catfish!

I was so excited to find that Sam's is still carrying DELTA PRIDE brand catfish. I began buying the DELTA PRIDE and YEARS ago when Sam's first started to carry it. At that time it was only available in a 15# box only. It appears Sam's no longer carries the 15# box (too bad), but at least there is the 3# bag.

I buy this every month. My family love catfish and the bags always bring good size pieces and we are able to get 3-4 meals from each bag and we're a family of 5!
