The only two issues I have are with the sound the speakers could be louder, seems like I always have to use my Q70 soundbar to get good sound. And second the navigation menu needs to be more customizable and have a memory of where you were when you last turned off your tv.

There are several sound features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. 2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again. Please know that you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features 1) When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. 2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. Brilliantly Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had one fabulous Samsung TV for 12 years. It still works as well as the day I bought it but my husband was dying for a 4K TV. Wowza. This TV blew our minds. First, it was so easy to setup. It even registers itself! It connected easily to my phone and my services. The menus are very user friendly. The only problem we had was the super slim, minimalistic remote. It's easy to hit the wrong buttons, but we have found practice makes perfect and we are getting our clumsy thumbs use to it. The picture is beautiful, and fully customizable in the settings. It's bright, crisp and the colors are vivid and beautiful. The Samsung sound bar we paired it with connected seamlessly as well. Fingers crossed this slim beauty lasts us another 12 years. I'm not worried. It's a Samsung.
Wouldn't Recommend! Not a long lasting TV
Purchased new in February 2022. Then out of blue the TV stops working 20 months later. Try's to turn on but keeps turning itself off, now it's just dead altogether. I've tried the troubleshooting recommended on the website with no success, I've even done my fair share of Google searches on this issue which seem very common with Samsung TVs, but still the Tv won't turn on. I've spoke to their support team who basically made it clear the only solution is to pay for the TV to get repaired. Pathetic if you ask me. A Tv that won't last 2 years. Great disposable TV. Such a poor effort of a by Samsung.
Great tv, Interface could be faster.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the TV and purchased it for its app's selection. Both having Spectrum, Paramount, and Peacock was the reason for purchase. Only option to be able to watch European football without having to purchase something else. The interface could be a bit faster and for some reason, the ESPN app keeps crashing. Not sure if it's the OS the tv is running on or the ESPN app. Overall very happy

We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Please also try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My televison is used for streaming apps and gaming the quality of the picture is so beautiful, and we enjoys the different features we can access from the screen and the remote this is so awesome. when watching a movie you think you are at a theatre because of the sound sounding so good. when playing a video game what a magnificent picture you get you think they are real peoples cause the picture is so vibrant. and yes this solar remote is very unique. So I must say I am very Impressed with this product.

I use my Amazing TV for streaming, watching movies, and it has enhanced my life even further while working from home for the last year. Putting in long hours from the home office , stationary at the desk and chair can get very boring and achey. My Awesome picture perfect with vivid display makes life easier by casting my laptop to this 85 inches of pure beauty. I can quickly complete spreadsheets, watch webcast meetings in comfort and so much more. The TV was super easy to set up as 1,2,3 and instantly recognized my wifi. I get complements from everyone that sees this Samsung beauty in my media room. The price for the 85 inch is DEFINITELY worth it. Who needs the movie theaters to reopen when you have this! Samsung continues to deliver and impress , no cons here. Word to the wise, go out and get it, you'll truly be glad you did!
Great TV !!!!

Installation was fairly easy and my family love it as much as I do. The Frame TV has even fooled a few people, as they did not realize it was a TV! Love being able to put my personal photos on the Frame.

Fantastic TV with stunning colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I just turned this tv on for the first time last night. When I took it out of the box......whoa! It's plyable?! Care because you can actually flex the tv!! It's that thin! Bezel.......maybe 1/8" around the TV. It's a sight to behold. The picture is that of what you see in stores. As for expert settings, they are limited because it's not the flag ship model.... what ever.. it still looks amazing. I'm on the fence with motion. I'm seeing signs of that soap opera type motion that I don't care for..... but the jury is still out on that. Remote, solar recharging... love it.... no batteries to replace. Incredibly responsive... finally. Sound..... is very immersive...in debate if I need this cheap soundbar I have anymore. But, it's a full sound that broadcast dynamically. Samsung has really been doing their homework... Again I tip my hat to the company

Great picture! Lots of apps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this TV to replace a previous 4k led same size. I ave to say the picture quality on this TV is amazing. The dark and light have pretty good contrast. The TV has alot of apps as well as integration to Alexa; no more looking for the remote. I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a smart 4k display.
