i did a lot of searching for a 60 inch tv that would have the picture quality and options that make watching tv fun. but i have been having a problem with getting youtube tv. it will load up but then stop working when i select a channel or program. i called the support number for samsung and the tech guy tried to make some adjustments. then stated it must be a youtube problem. he game me an 800 number to call for youtube and it turned out to be a fax number or something as it only squealed in my ear. i have an amazon firestick and it works just fine in a hdmi port on the tv, but i didn't buy a smart tv just to put a firestick on it. i'm about ready to return it unless i can get some help to fix the problems.

It's one of the best TV's we have owned and we are definitely getting another one soon, bigger one, for our family and friends to enjoy.
This is so futuristic

It 9n for companionship as well as I live the beautiful picture it has and it's all so programmable, I also use a TV service w/Spectrum and the quality of the music and picture quality is outstanding!
Best smart TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this television. I have never had any issues with it at all. I put this on a swivel bracket. My daughter thinks she's at a movie when she watches with me. Some of the functions I really like is the being able to add other devices to it. I have added a soundbar and my Xbox. Also it has the capability to use Alexa which is one of my favorites. I would recommend this television to anyone.
Adaptive TV with Exceptional Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How to start... this TV has may incredible features that I am still fully exploring so let me begin at the setup. The unboxing and the ease of popping on the adaptable height legs hinted that this TV would be exceptional. The box was created to make it easy to lift out and the legs slid to lock in place - again all very easy. Initial setup of the TV was very intuitive and user -friendly; even more so if you have pre-existing Samsung accounts along with any streaming services. Any attached peripherals are automatically found and synced to the TV's universal remote (can even use it for accessing the Xbox menu). Now the remote in itself deserves some shout out - no batteries needed! The remote utilizes solar charging or USB-C charging - essentially a modern remote fitting for such an advanced TV. Now onto the actual TV and its display. I must say the Quantum Dot technology coupled with the Dual LEDs makes for exceptional picture quality. Whether it is a nature documentary, default screensaver of backgrounds, videogames, or streaming a TV show - the picture is outstanding and hyper realistic (fortunately, not in an Uncanny Valley way). This technology is further advanced by the Quantum HDR leading to a vibrant picture quality that is poorly reflected in my phone's pictures. It is amazing that such picture quality can be achieved with such a slim casing as the TV is very slim (very little footprint) and the display is almost edgeless. For the most part, my TV has been used for streaming, familiarizing myself with the Samsung Plus channels/content, and setting up routines on Samsung Health (goodbye COVID 15 weight); however, I am still tweaking he picture setting and modes to figure out the best configuration to play videogames. So far, the gaming experience has been very smooth, fast, and lag free, but also a work in progress as certain modes alter pre-existing settings. The other aspect that I am fine tuning are the built in voice assistants which I am sill trying to pinpoint if this is a feature that I will be consistently using and if so, which one will be my go to/default. I also have yet to fully explore the PC and mobile device functionality but initial test runs were very easy, quick, and simple to sync. Overall a very adaptive TV fitting for all users whether one requiring a device ready for anything or even a more basic user ready to watch their favorite shows or movies.

The video quality is really good as well. The only downside is you notice all the imperfections whem.it comes to watch a 4k movie. I have nothing but Samsung in my house. It is a very good product
Great picture clarity and features

Accessing apps is easier and quicker and the voice control features just make the experience better. Very streamlined look with low profile stand. Very happy!
Enjoying my new Q60A 55” 4K television
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my new Q60A 55” 4K television. I use it with all my devices such as linking from my computer via a wireless connection. And, the Bluetooth capability allows me to use my surround sound HeadPhones. I stream and I watch television network via an outdoor rooftop antenna. In addition, I like to watch additional content through Samsung TV Plus.
Great TV for the price

TV is on all the time when we're home and we've played around with different settings. there is no burn in/out effect which i have heard about like OLED tv has. bezels are thin and HDR pictures looks so bright and beautiful. still not bright enough for day light where you can see reflection from windows my TV remote didn't come with Google voice instead, it has bixby which is a bummer. I've seen a few new Samsung TV come with Google voice for commands by remote control. remote control is better than the one with lots of buttons. i wished it had inbuilt antennae.
Hi there, Thank you for sharing your user experience with the 2021 Q60A QLED Smart TV. Your TV has 3 Voice Assistants to choose from: Bixby, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You will first need to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. You will also need to be connected to the internet. After selecting your Voice Assistant, you can change the settings by going to: Settings > General > Voice > Voice Assistant. Once your Voice Assistant is selected, you can press the Microphone button on your remote to help navigate the settings menu, change the volume, or even search for content. Please also know your TV does feature a built-in tuner that can scan for and automatically program local channels that will appear on your channel list. Simply connect the coax cable to the ANT IN port on the back of the TV. I hope this helps! Amazing Picture
