Boy, smart TV's have really come a long way in 4 years, the difference is like night and day. I am retired and use my TV mostly for movies and the news but there are so many choices on my new Samsung, with all the streaming and the many apps available, that I find myself exploring and watching other things too. I love my Samsung TV, the picture is amazing, really pops and is so natural looking. If you are looking for a new TV Samsung will not disappoint!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Samsung tv is mostly on most of the day. If it isn't the kids watching it's a family member. It is mostly used for streaming and watching sports, news, etc. The screen quality is great, the pictures are seen clearly and very colorful. The only complaint is the menu function is a bit confusing but you eventually get a hang of it and if you try to use the internet it is slow other than that the TV works great we have not had any issues.

We cut the cord with cable years ago and now stream everything. But sometimes you just want to watch something live. Well no problem. We just downloaded Samsung tv÷ and we are all set. I love nature shows, especially about the Ocean. The picture is so crystal clear and the colors vibrant. I feel like I'm diving along. This makes number 3 for our Samsung tv's.

This TV is a great addition in my living room which let's me enjoy quality time with family. The picture quality is amazing. The style of the TV is perfect. The sound quality is best.

The colors are sharp and vibrant and the speakers are very clear. We especially like the built in SmartHub web apps and TV options like TV plus as well as having access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.

Kids love the quick start where it resumes their shows from the online streaming apps such as Disney so that's pretty nice too. Ambient mode is also nice to have. Gives the room a nice look when tv isn't being used. Tv sounds and looks great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid a 3rd party to mount it in place of my old TV and do the initial set-up because I'm just not good at that kind of thing, but it didn't take them long to do and I was pleased the mount for my 2008 Samsung 50" plasma TV could be used. I procrastinated turning the TV back on after they left because I had lots to learn being way behind on AV technology. However, I started going through the e-manual built into the TV and it made things easy! The TV has so many features and looks and sounds great! I expected nothing less of Samsung based on how long my plasma TV lasted (it still worked when I replaced it). I'm super excited to have a Smart TV now. I've been playing music from my phone as well as directly on the TV. I look forward to sharing my computer screen to the TV and trying out the new streaming apps. [I signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV, but have not yet been granted access.] The only "negative" is we weren't able to control my surround sound (home theater system) with the Samsung remote, but it's because it's old and out of date. The technicians had to use an optical cable to connect it to the TV. I won't be able to watch DVDs on the theater system either, but who cares now that I have access to many other movie channels. Eventually, I'll upgrade the sound system. I can't use any remote to change the volume, but that'll just force me to get my butt up off the sofa! Lol. Finally, the Samsung remote is quite useful and I like that there's no batteries to replace. Nice job Samsung!

I just wish there was a way to tell if the solar power was low. I worry if I have enough power. I purchased a cable in case of a problem.

Having the ability to watch other forms TV as well as using it to show pictures of our vacation so the whole family can enjoy from our computer is so easy. Once again Samsung has brought joy to watching TV.
