the picture and features are fine. the solarcell smart remote is terrible. it fails to hold a charge even if left in direct sunlight for hours. the operation is not intuitive, and the function of some buttons changes as you move through menus or replays. other buttons don't function as described in the user docs. save your self a ton of frustration and buy a tv that has a useable remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for streaming from cell or laptop for gaming,movies and videos. As long as it is with the Samsung device criteria. The visual performance of device worked well even in sunlight. As for drawbacks to this model on- line tech support should have better bug fixes. Warranties could be longer. Tech field support were helpful and quick in response. Overall still very pleased with product. Wish we still had it.

Even on TV screens of the same size, the 4K TV picture quality ends up being more vivid and detailed thanks to the greater pixel density. This difference is especially obvious in big screen TVs, which in this case is my 60”.

It will not let my remove or move the disney+ app at all. I have tried to find a charging cord to have on had in case of emergency and it is listed no where. Where does one get help??

Even when watching old movies on AMC that are 50 to 60 years old, , the picture looks , just as good as more recent programs. The color quality is also very good, some of the blues just pop. I know a lot depends on the signal feed,\. Overall I, and my family, are very happy with the TV. Also, the remote control is impressive.

I've had bigger screen tvs and louder...but my Samsung has defined all of the features I love into one sleek user friendly TV. We surf the Web a lot and it's such a pleasure doing so on our TV . The processor speed is phenomenal and not once have I seen that annoying word...BUFFERING. I will never buy any other brand of entertainment without first test driving the Samsung brand. Seamless and easy to set up, Samsung is head and shoulders above any other brand claiming to be the best there is. After buying this television, I was BLOWN AWAY! The clarity is astounding. The amount of control I have with the Game Mode option is awesome.
