It constantly freezes up and I have to unplug the phone tv the reset it. It's a great tv but I'd plan on getting another device to stream your content.

It's a great TV for size, clarity, picture quality, and versatility with other home technology products (Sound bar, DVD player, mobile phone). The only limitation is the speaker quality - our sound bar really helps to direct a more robust sound quality toward the audience.

TV has a great picture, but being at the lower end of the QLED range, it lacks some features. I knew this when buying, so not complaining. One issue I am having is the sound. The inbuilt speakers are understandably tinny, so thought mating it to my LG soundbar would cure that. However, the voices just keep going quiet then loud, but everything else stays a set volume. I think it has something to do with the OTS lite trying to adjust the voices to the position of the person on the tv. Contacted Samsung and tried a few things but no joy. For anyone thinking it's the soundbar at fault, I had a Samsung TV connected to it for years with no issues. Guessing that mating it to a Samsung soundbar would cure it, but shouldn't have to do this. Apart from my issue, the TV is great for anyone wanting a decent picture and happy to use the inbuilt speakers (or a Samsung soundbar).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our family TV. We use it for home school for our daughter, general TV watching and always for movie night. We love the contrast and picture quality. We purchased it about a year after it came out and therefore got it at an amazing price. Not too say it was priced to high when it came out, however we didn't need a TV then and it may have been out of our budget. We have had a minor issue or two with HDMI ports not working. Seems to be random and has only happened twice. A restart of the TV fixes the issue. We are very satisfied and will definitely purchase Samsung TVs in the future.

Personally I feel the Game Bar is innovative but clearly ahead of it's time and could use some more menu options for the game bar but still an amazing feature for gamers. The Solar Energy remote control is next level amazing. Imagine being able to literally charge your remote control with a regular USB cable and or you have the option to lay the remote face down in a well lit environment and it charges itself using the solar power screen on the back of the remote. Imagine the amount of batteries saved using this technology. Solar power is the wave of the future and the fact that Samsung was genius enough to add this small feature is brilliant! My only complaint in minimal and is regarding the sound bar and tv height. If you chose to put your sound bar on the same shelf as your tv as I did, the tv feet aren't adjustable and will sit lower than the sound bar which is inconvenient but I was able to use a lower shelf for the sound bar but it barely fit the tv stand slot model that I'm currently using. Minor issue. Everything else about the tv is great including the navigation menu. I do feel the menu should be a bit more customizable but I'm sure they're more updates to come in the future. Ambient mode could use an update as well. Great mode but when selecting photos from your phone it automatically zooms in on the photo leaving out most of the photos border. I think there should be standard cropping option because I feel as if a High Resolution photo taken from a Samsung Galaxy S10+ should not show up as "grainy" and "zoomed in" on a 4k tv. The only time the images from your galley appear clear is when your using the "collage" mode. I still feel that Ambient mode is great, especially the fireplace and ocean videos. Those are really relaxing. An update with an expanded galley of those different videos would be nice. I just think the ambient mode needs an update in the personal photo galley mode. Overall great tv and setup. Obviously I'm sure that the Q60T and above models have move features but I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. Samsung continues to push them envelope when it comes to innovation and technology.

It has been awesome learning how to use it and all the new and improved features from our old dilapidated TV from just 10 years ago. Really didn't want to buy a new one, but man! It's been great having all the new connection capabilities and the picture? It is totally off the chain! Some programs we watch makes you feel like you are actually there!! We love it!

The smart controller is perfect when you just want one for all your devices… the self diagnosis is lit!! I will recommend you that you go to expert settings and set a picture mode with all the settings that best suit you.. because the difference between an standard image and a custom one is big!!! I have it with a 7.1 Samsung sound bar.. and the HUE Phillips entertainment light system.. and is AMAZING!!!

Another thing I didn't like is the amount of glare and picture quality when the sun is out. Other else then that this TV if great!
