Great Picture and options

If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. Great picture. Bad sound

Very pleased with the picture quality. What a shame I can't say I'm happy with the sound. Why do Samsung use these tinny speakers. Luckily I have a sound bar. It would of been sent back otherwise.

MY 65”SAMSUNG TV

Bought 2 months. Great TV with a clear picture and rich colours. Bought a soundbar for better sound. Samsung should supply the screws to fasten the TV to a wall mount.
