Amazing quality

Remote

Bought this TV a couple of months ago. Great pic, colour, etc.... but the TV remote has no numbers. I don't like that. Makes it more complicated for use by non techies

If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue. Very good TV but....

Really love this TV and the only thing I can say is below par is the sound output which is very thin with no bass at all. I had to buy a soundbar (amazon majority model spot on) to bring it up to an acceptable level.

Great TV Amazing Colors
