I am not one for plant-based food usually but these were an easy breakfast option that I enjoyed more then the normal sausage we use. It didn't weigh me down like the one we use it really actually pepped me up for the day. We got the maple ones it had a nice flavor not over powering. Not exactly the same texture as our usual sausage but wasn't bad. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Cooking it was easy - baked it in the air fryer for some minutes. The dish I made it with was a burger. The texture is meaty, comparable to that of Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Overall it was good, but could use a bit more flavor. Next time, I plan to use it as meat crumbles - probably on ramen or pasta or quiche. Highly recommend it for vegetarians and vegans, or those trying to eat less meat. Will try the hot and spicy ones next time to see if I like that better since I prefer spicy food.
