They aren't greasy like other sausage patties, and don't have an over powering taste. convenient and great for any time of the day. it would be a great snack or a main item for a meal.

They make an amazing breakfast sandwich that is truly healthier for you! They are easy to find in the refrigerator section of your store. The texture is like a regular meat sausage, which makes them even better. We have tried both the maple and regular MorningStar Farms Breakfast Sausages, and they are both delicious!

If the package didn't say veggie, I would think I'm eating a turkey pattie. The flavor and more importantly the texture is just like my favorite breakfast sausage. The outside crisped up nicely and they smelled good while cooking. So I was surprised to find the overall texture to be somewhat mushy and mealy. The flavor isn't what I expected either. The seasoning combination seems weirdly sweet to me for breakfast sausage, with an odd aftertaste that I didn't care for. They should be fine broken up and added to other foods, but I didn't enjoy them on their own.

The taste was nothing close to real sausage, and the flavor was extremely sweet. I tried the first patty all by itself, and I could barely finish it. The next patty I tried, I had on a biscuit with egg and cheese and that helped hide the taste.

They have a delightful texture and are good both on their own and added to a breakfast sandwhich. The flavor is lovely - a little sage and mild salt/pepper. I cant wait to try the Spicy ones.
