I love their breakfast sausage patties! I'm not vegetarian but I like them better than actual sausage patties! I just pop them in the microwave for a fast easy breakfast or snack - and great source of protein. And my picky son loves them too - which is a great way to start his day.

I have been using morning star for years. And yes the formula has changed. But I will say the best way to cook the sausages are in the toaster oven on 450 for 10 minutes. I just throw them on the rack every morning for my family and set a toaster oven. So fast and easy. Taste just like sausage. The pan does not cook evenly and I never use the microwave. I can't imagine how they would taste if microwave.

Recently I started getting these again because the store was out of my favorites, which are the Morningstar Sausage Links. I was wondering why I thought they treated better than I remembered. I like the texture, it's a little more moist where I found the old recipe was prone to getting hard and dry if I wasn't careful. I love that they are vegan now, so I'm going to use these more regularly now.

My family enjoys vegetarian day twice a month. We tried the MorningStar Farms® Original Sausage Patties and were pleasantly surprised to find out they had a great depth of flavor and wonderful texture and mouth feel. We skillet fried them on low/medium heat with a bit of oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side and I can wholeheartedly say that we will be adding this product to our regular vegetarian rotation!

These sausages are delicious! There is nothing wrong with these sausages or the ingredients. As long as you know how to properly cook them, they are great and a wonderful alternative to regular sausages. Morning Star Farms, keep up the good work, please keep making these sausages, and thank you for making a great alternative that my family loves.

No reason you can't use non-GMO soy. Thanks for making them vegan, but they are too soft now.

Enjoyed them for years, but the new recipe is unappetizing. I mourn for the old Morning Star :'(

Ate the original sausage patties for years. The change is so bad. Really disappointed.

Used to be great! They must have changed their recipe. They ruined them. Not good.
