The taste and texture are very similar to the meat version but without the greasiness, which is a big benefit for me! We like to make breakfast sandwiches with them. Biscuits, egg circles, sausage patties, and cheddar cheese. Super yum!

Not only was I impressed with the nutrition information, but my kids loved these as well... all 3... that never happens! Big win for mom this round. I will definitely be buying more next time I'm at the grocer!

The ease of heating the patties in the microwave or skillet was a breeze. I appreciate there were no grease splatters! My kids and I enjoyed them with eggs on the side, then I rolled a few split patties up into breakfast burritos! ? YUM! We will absolutely buy these again and recommend to our friends. Thank you!

But most of all, I love that it's plant-based. Not only do I feel good about eating healthier, but I also have a clear conscience that no living being was harmed in the making of it. It truly does tastes just like meat sausage and i enjoy eating it nearly every morning — and even sometimes during the middle of the day. Delicious!!

I would be willing to buy them because I feel like they might be the healthier alternative, but I could not convince my kids to eat even more than one bite. I'd be willing to try a different variety next time because we normally eat maple flavored sausage and it might have been the lack of maple flavor. I didn't love the texture, but in a burrito or sandwich I could definitely get used to it. I feel like if you were looking for a plant-based sausage alternative these would be worth checking out.

If you didn't tell someone this was a plant based patty I don't believe they would realize this wasn't a meat patty.

It felt and tasted like the real thing while increasing my veggie servings. I love a new tasty alternative for every day meals. This very easy to find and will purchase again.

I certainly need to try the hot and spicy and maple-flavored as well. Consistency was like a sausage. One of the closest veggie sausages that I have come across.

It would be excellent choice for a vegetarian or someone trying to limit amount of meat in their diet My husband and I prefer regular sausage and probably would not buy Morningstar again unless we had to change our diet for health reasons
