[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my experience with MorningStar Farms Original Veggie Sausage Patties. Though I had tried a similar product years ago, I felt this had a better flavor & texture than what I had experienced before. I actually really like regular sausage, but it is so fattening & something I really shouldn't have, so I love that good alternatives like this are available. Due to recent health changes, I have been more mindful of the amount of carbs I eat daily. I was actually afraid these may be high in carbs, as some alternative foods unexpectedly can be, but they're NOT! So I was very pleased all around, for the flavor & quality but also from a nutritional standpoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a non-meat eater I've always been a big Morningstar fan but I've never been big on sausage even plant-based. These however are delicious. To start they are incredibly affordable and widely available. Although relatively small I love that they're a little bulkier than a typical cookie cutter type patty. Cooking it was super easy and fast (I just threw it in a skillet until it was heated through). Besides being tasty I was won over by the consistent texture no chewy bits like lots of other brands. I tried the original flavor but now I'm definitely on the lookout for the spicy ones!

They browned up nicely and tasted excellent. I thought the texture was pretty similar to a regular sausage and they were seasoned just right. I would certainly keep buying these and will be checking out the other flavors too!

It looks exactly like sausage, and smells like sausage. The meat browns and crisp is like sausage too, but the inner texture is a bit softer. The aftertaste is a bit strange and takes a little getting use to, but it wasn't bad. I would say its different. I would definitely try again and recommend to others. I am always happy to try alternatives to meat, and do my part. I totally support eating less meat.

You get a good amount of patties. for your money.Not crumbly nor greasy when cooked. I'm used to the meat sausages. This was different. I added cheese with them to add just a little more flavor. A bag full of protein and goodness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This were surprisingly tasty. It was a little harder to find than expected, but worth it. Nice sausage-like texture, but, on it's own, it was a little too salty for my taste. It was good on a biscuit though!!

The flavor was so good and the texture was perfect! It is super easy to find in the frozen section and will definitely become a regular oart of my breakfast.

I found them easy to cook and liked that the color looked like meat based patties. The taste of the original flavor veggie sausage patties reminded me of a falafel. If you love falafels you'll love these! I found them a bit on the dry side but that might mean I over cooked them. Overall tasty and nice meat alternative but I wouldn't go crazy for them.

In the morning they are a snap to heat up, fit nicely on an English muffin for a sandwich and taste great without all the grease you get with regular sausage. These are part of my morning routine. And I feel a little better knowing they are veggie!
