In the last few years I have been trying to eat healthier as a result of high triglycerides and cholesterol with more focus on eating vegetables, fruit, fish and low fat meats. I can't believe it's not butter is a great substitute for using butter or margarine on potatoes, corn, peas and other vegetables- unbelievable that such a great product exists without the fats, cholesterol and sodium. I also use this product on toast and popcorn-- great and I have no problem with the sprayer. I do not want any reward for writing a review on I can't believe it's not butter just want others to know about it if looking for a butter or margarine substitute as I was. Also I use the Extra Virgin Olive Oil version- I hope they never stop making this don't know what I would do.

I use this spray daily and LOVE it! It is great on popcorn as well as toast and muffins. Can't do without it!

this is the greatest thing in grocery store. I love the taste of it on foods that need butter. Its great on crab legs and shrimp also.

This product does not taste like butter at all. I don't normally use margarine (only butter), so I have high expectations for a product that is supposed to taste like butter.

We have been using this product for 6 months now and really like it. One thing the company should check out though is the nozzle part or all of it ended up on my toast.

I love this product. Never without it. No calories, delicious,a no brainier. I really does taste like butter. Try it you will love it too. I use it all day long.

Once a week I treat myself to popcorn, made with a micro-wave popper. Since I have high cholesterol, I have had to drop the butter, but dry popcorn is...well...dry. Since I started using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, I enjoy my weekly treat every bit as much as when I used real butter, and I don't have to worry about unhealthy fats. I recently found out I have gallstones and was told to cut as much fat from my diet as I possibly could. This meant cutting out all butter because of its fat content. Such a bummer......until I found this product! Just a few squirts and I use it to cook, as well as to lightly "butter" my bread, etc. It has zero fat in it and I'm so happy that I have a butter alternative now. Thank you! :)

I don't know what you put in or took out but the past two times I have bought this butter, it doesn't take like it used to and I have been an avid fan since it came out.at first I thought it might have been a bad batch but I just bought it tastes the same. Put it back the way it used to taste. I am going to another brand. Ewww!
