I'm a middle school student. I often find myself hungry for breakfast in the morning before school. Eggo waffles are perfect. I add peanut butter and syrup to it and they are AMAZING! They're also good in the mini variety. However, I take off a star because sometimes, the waffles are a little thin. But that barely happens! Eggo FTW

In the past I opened up my blueberry waffle box I often thought "what a awesome and creative company. I love that they care enough about their product to provide a resealing tape to keep my waffles from freezer burn." That was then. They silently removed the tape. I assume the bean counter won the argument with creative to save one cent. Now I open the box and think "Another sellout company that cares more about maximining profit over quality" I kept thinking that until I decided to switch to another brand that has a resealing bag.

For those who do not like the new home style brand recipe, the buttermilk waffles taste like the old home style. Those are the ones I buy now. Also I loved the tape to reseal the bag and was sad when I noticed they are no more. They always worked well for me.

You guys changed the ingredients change it back !!! These waffles don’t taste the same whoever opted for an ingredient change SUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED ! This is so bad for business.

Unfortunately it seems Eggo has also gone cheap on the ingredients but massively expensive on the price. These waffles used to be delicious. A golden yellow color that when placed in the toaster, browned just slightly making the outside crunchy while the inside stayed soft and fluffy. Topped with butter and syrup this was a delightful treat. I don’t know what changed but these are horrendous cardboard-like discs now. Pale white whether toasted or not. Nothing stays soft. You can toast for 30 seconds or 30 minutes and it’ manages to be burned and raw at the same time. There is no toasting, just baking and burning. They stay this disgusting pale white color. Worst of all, they have absolutely no flavor. In fact, the texture is so awful and the flavor so lacking it isn’t even a decent vessel for the butter and syrup. Do you know how hard it is to ruin butter and syrup? You can dip Brussel sprouts in butter and syrup and it tastes decent. I’m confident you could put butter and syrup on the box these came in and have a better experience than the “waffles” themselves. How truly disappointing.

So very disappointed in the discontinued Berry Blast wafflers!!!!! These were part of my daily consumption. Seems like they always get rid of the best stuff and leave the garbage behind  I know this isn’t for retail scrutiny since they were always out of stock at most local locations in my area

I brought the Homestyle and the Blueberry. after toasting them they were very hard on outside. I kept them in the the freezer before opening. WHY WERE THEY SO HARD. WE COULDN'T EAT THEM. I STILL HAVE THE OTHERS IN THE FREEZER. WHY DO THEY HAVE CRYSTALS ON OUTSIDE AND ARE VERY HARD. THEY SHOULD BE KEPT IN FREEZER, CORRECT? . I DON'T UNDERSTAND????

I stopped purchasing Eggo frozen waffles.  I saw the price significantly increased, they narrowed the seal strip, then eliminated it completely. The waffles now have a different texture, and much thinner.  The ingredients are so over processed having no nutritional befits.

so delicious, always a favorite of mine!! the one star reviews are absolutely crazy, these are the best waffles that Eggo makes!

This is the last box of Eggos that I will buy. Shrinkflation has turned their waffles into thin pieces of cardboard that have lost their fluffy texture and taste. Kids won’t even eat them anymore. Never again!
