I picked up a pint from my store and kept it in my freezer for a few weeks until I was ready to open it. I took the pint out of the freezer and immediately opened it to the strangest thing: the entire pint was completely liquid except for a weird crusty foam on top. It was cold soup, not ice cream. I felt like my ice cream was gaslighting me because I've never taken ice cream out of a freezer where it has been stored only to find that it is melted. Seriously. I feel like no one will even believe me because it's such a bizarre circumstance. I threw the pint out because I wasn't even sure if it was safe, but if it wasn't going to be in a ice cream form anyways...I don't know how I would have eaten it. Ice cream soup, what is the world coming to? Batch number on the pint was 0294580431.

Hagen Dazs Vanilla is made with cream, skim milk, cane sugar, egg yolks and vanilla extract. They have nailed how creamy the texture is and the taste is delicious. In our family, we like to choose our toppings. This vanilla is the best base for anything without taking away the flavor from our chosen toppings. I cannot wait to try the other flavors!

I was absolutely amazed by how delicious it was and couldn't believe I had gone so long without eating it! First of all, there are very few ingredients in the icecream and they are basic, which I appreciate that it isn't filled with chemicals ad other yucky things. The texture itself was so smooth and rich and the flavor was decadent but not too sweet. Truly, a perfect vanilla icecream. Me and my 2 children polished off the pint in one sitting without even realizing how much we were eating - and I didn't even feel guilty afterwards. I will 100% buy again!!

The ice cream was a little melted by the time I got home, but firmed up once I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. The texture was wonderful and the taste was out of this world. My store didn't have the flavor I was after, but that is okay. I would buy this ice cream again.

I jus hope that you guys fix my favorite ice cream,i understand you trying to cut sugar but thats for the ones don't want it,but you do have peoples do, this is why we eat and love real close to home haagen daz,never understood why peoples eat nonsweet ice cream or anything that suppose to be sweet cut in half,takes all the good out of it, it should be a choice,
