The ice cream was a little melted by the time I got home, but firmed up once I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. The texture was wonderful and the taste was out of this world. My store didn't have the flavor I was after, but that is okay. I would buy this ice cream again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally love Häagen-Dazs ice cream, but this vanilla flavor kind of missed the mark. I found the texture to be a little crystalline instead of creamy. The vanilla flavor was there, but not as pronounced as I would have liked. I also prefer vanilla ice cream to have the black specks from thr vanilla bean to give it a premium look, especially when using it alongside a homemade pie. Not bad at all, but a totally vanilla vanilla.
