I have always purchased your vanilla. Best anywhere. Not now. The texture is like ice milk and the flavor is weak and overly sweet. Feels lighter, no longer creamy and dense. It used to blow Ben and Kerry's away. Now the reverse is true. Is this another case of saving a few pennies, giving us less, but asking for more money? Skimp on the butterfat, add more air and sugar. See ya. Such a shame. Sign of the times.

I picked up a pint from my store and kept it in my freezer for a few weeks until I was ready to open it. I took the pint out of the freezer and immediately opened it to the strangest thing: the entire pint was completely liquid except for a weird crusty foam on top. It was cold soup, not ice cream. I felt like my ice cream was gaslighting me because I've never taken ice cream out of a freezer where it has been stored only to find that it is melted. Seriously. I feel like no one will even believe me because it's such a bizarre circumstance. I threw the pint out because I wasn't even sure if it was safe, but if it wasn't going to be in a ice cream form anyways...I don't know how I would have eaten it. My grandparents had vanilla Haagen Daz in their freezer every single time I went to visit. It's always been my favorite dessert and I craved it often. After the recipe change I never crave it and buy it only as a last resort - I even purchase the Magnum bars now over my old Haagen Daz milk chocolate and vanilla favorites. Are you changing back to the old recipe? Would be awful to never taste it again.

It was so smooth and creamy, I could immediately tell it was of far superior quality than other supermarket brands. And to think it only costs a tiny bit extra. So much worth it.

It is creamy and smooth and great on its own, or with toppings. Terrific right out of the pint. It freezes well yet easy to eat. Great comfort food!

It seemed to get iced over quick in the freezer quickly, I know it wasn't the freezer as this one the only thing doing it in there. But once you scraped away the ice , it was eaten but seemed to be missing something. The kids enjoyed it, but the adults not so much
