This is by far the best phone I have ever had. The features are super simple to use. I transferred all the apps from my old phone with no trouble, and it didn't even use half of the storage space, which is huge. The camera is awesome. Photos are as clear as real-life. I definitely recommend this phone.

I ordered the blue, even paid 40 dollars extra for it and received gray. The phone will scroll by itself and click things by itself when I'm not even touching the phone or even holding it. The battery life doesn't even last 7 hours and I turned everything off and the only thing going is music. Needed a new phone bad so I ordered it. Other than those things it isn't a bad phone hense the 2 stars instead of one

Paid for new phone but got a used phone with a bad battery . Beware of this seller

its got to be refurbished or something because it keeps typing on its own and things like that.

one of unit is defective after few days of using. need replacement.

Ordering online wasn't as smooth as I would expect. Trying to talk to a human was impossible! Shipping was lightning fast though.

Camera is great! Nice to have a factory installed screen protector. I gave it a 4 because sometimes the screen does not respond to touch when playing games.

I just purchased the S20+ and I am getting along just fine with the phone. The camera is really good, the screen is crystal clear and narrow enough to fit in my pockets just fine.
